Gravity-T phone was bought less then a year ago and touch screen started to behave funny. If I touch screen in some place then phone "think" that I touch 1 inch to the side from it. It makes using phone impossible. Touch screen of the cell phone (Samsung Gravity-T SGH-T669) is not working which making it impossible to do phone calls or read text messages. I sent it in Samsung repair center a month ago with RMA #410-622-7472, and it come back with exactly the same problem. Nothing been done. Please help to repair it. I tried to reset phone to factory defaults and recalibrate it several times it didn't help. It is for sure hardware error. End of story: I got second RMA from Samsung, and Samsung paid for shipping both ways (which took three weeks and totally it was 6 weeks for repair). Touch screen been replaced and now it is working fine.
