Motorola Droid Razr charging with a dead battery. Video Clips. Duration : 1.83 Mins.

Thanks to RAZRONE from droidrzrforums.com and droidhive.com for allowing me to use his technique for this video. This is a "how to" for when your Droid Razr is stuck in a boot loop with a dead and you can't charge the phone because the software will not recognize the phone to charge. 'DISCLAIMER' DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK USING THIS PROCEDURE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY! Step 1. Remove the Sim card and Sd card from your phone. 2. Pry the top corner of the phone with a small screwdriver head or a razor blade will work too. 3. Carefully pull the back cover off your phone there is adhesive so pull carefully and slowly. 4. Cut the mini USB end off of your usb charging cord."be sure to have a spare because this one will no longer be usable. 5. Expose the shielding from the cable and use the Black and Red wires to connect to the battery terminals." Be careful that they do not touch any metal because it will spark. And use the wall charger NOT the computer to charge the phone. 6.Charge the phone for at least 1 hour to ensure that you have enough battery to fully reflash your software. The Moto logo will be on the entire time that your phone is charging.
