I am also going to bring a hair dryer and a make-up bag... just incase I wanna make myself look a little nicer with all the guests that will prob be coming in and out. Of course, I will have my cell phone, too! OK I'm an airhead lately! YES I am bringing deodorant lol I forgot to say that too! I will pack that before I leave... Also my chargers for everything will go in my bag and I am going to bring my laptop haha

MPPT vs PWM Solar Charger - Follow-up In this video I switch between an MPPT and PWM solar charger to show how much power (Watts) can be "lost". This is due to the voltage being pulled down to the battery voltage by the PWM charger. The MPPT controller uses / tracks the best voltage output the solar panel can provide to ensure maximum power output. In this case I have two 50 watt panels connected in parallel that can be switched between the MPPT and PWM charger. Together they are producing about 3 amps at 19.49 volts; about 58 watts (MPPT controller). When I switch to the PWM controller the voltage drops to the battery voltage being charged, 12.2 volts at 3.3 amps; about 40 watts. A loss of 18 Watts!! That means a 31% gain in power using an MPPT controller. The MPPT still provides the battery with about 12-14 volts required for charging but with more amps. The gains will not always be that big; as the battery charge voltage gets higher, the gains are less. The MPPT will continually track the optimum voltage; as light and temperature change at the solar panel, so will the Maximum Power Point. BioLite Charging Test - using iPhone 4S and comparing with Cup Charger and FireBox Stove Day 3 Video Clips. Duration : 13.97 Mins.
In this video we test the charging ability of the BioLite Stove for the 3rd day. This time, following inputs from our channel subscribers we only used the BioLite for power generation and only used sticks as the fuel. To provide heat for the Cup Charger we used the FireBox stove. Two iPhone were used, one for each device. Both phones were completely dead prior to the test. Also, the BioLite power pack was fully charged prior to the test. The BioLite was fueled constantly. The FireBox stove required little attention. We ran the fan on High the entire time because according to the manual... "For maximum output, maintain a well-fueled fire with fan set to HI. Some devices charge continuously. Other devices, like smartphones, will charge in regular intervals of boosted power output." We ran the test for over 2 hours. The final charge levels were as follows: iPhone connected to BioLite: 15% charge iPhone connected to Cup Charger: 50% charge. In our test the the Cup charger charged it's phone over 3 times as much than the BioLite in the same amount of time. The Cup Charger outputs continuously. All it needs is heat, and water. At the end of the video we also show the 8 watt and 12 watt versions of the Pot Chargers, and also the 40 Watt FirePower40 thermoelectric generators. This video is a quick review and demonstration on the Casio G'zOne Rock made exclusively for Verizon wireless. This is one of the best weather resistant outdoor cell phones out there! Since Youtube only gives you a 10 minute maximum video length, I just went over the G'z Gear features, MP3 player, quality of the raw cell phone videos, and an actual water resistant test. Overall, I think this is an excellent phone for the people who love the great outdoors and want some cool outdoor features, or for those of you who have dropped their cell phone on the ground, in the sink, or the toilet... yes, thats me!
