I just picked up what I consider to be an absolute necessity for the motovlogging adventure motorcyclist: the Opteka BP-SC4000 Ultra Thin Solar Charger and backup battery. This bad boy will charge my helmet cam, video camera, cell phone, GPS, USB rechargeable flashlight, or pretty much any other USB-powered device anywhere there's sun. Not only that, but it charges it QUICKLY. My Samsung Galaxy Vibrant phone took just a bit more than an hour to fully charge with this thing. For at amazon, this 5 watt solar charger is definitely worth it. This is going to be a staple for my KLR 650 motorcycle adventures to keep my tech stuff powered up. It fits perfectly in the "map window" of my tank bag, and will get plenty of sunlight to power my gadgets. It also charges an internal battery that stores power until the sun comes up again. No longer will my videos be cut short by a flashing battery symbol. Woot! Now if I could only get that $!@#*& focus to work.
