This a vidoe that i made to help you if you need help getting into your "Huawei M835" Phone So i hope this vidoe helps you out allot Info Below (VVVVVVV) Step 1. Take out your Memory Chip! Step 2. Turn Your Phone off Step 3. (make sure phone off) Plug in your Charger Step 4. Make sure you dont turn it on let it turn on by it self after you put in the charger Step 5. When at charging Screen (with the battery on screen) Hold the Volume Up button Step 6. (While Holding the Volume up) Hold down The green Button. Step 7 (While Holding the Volume up and the green button) Hold down the power button on top Step 8. Holding all 3 phone should turn off. Step 9. You phone should be unlock and your contact will be deleted (sorry) Step 10. Now put your Memory card back in and re activate your phone and Don't Forget next time lol :)
